Ion is a successful and dedicated construction and real estate professional.  After graduating High School he served in the United States Army where he learned the importance of hard work, respect, service and integrity. As a mechanic in the Army, he learned how to work on and operate heavy equipment.  After retiring from the Army with an honorable discharge, he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate And Land Use at Sacramento State University; while at the same time obtaining his California Real Estate Brokers License, and several years later obtained his B- General Building Contractors’s license. In 2008 he started Granite River Construction, Inc.

 

Today, he has completed over 550 personally owned investment transactions.
